Uber's Ad-Toting Drones Are Heckling Drivers Stuck in Traffic

Uber have been using an innovative solution to advertise their UberPOOL service whilst at the same time highlight the issues of lone car occupancy and the consequence on the environment.

This has been achieved in Mexico City, by hovering drones with signs hanging from them over queuing traffic. As well as the obvious safety concerns, it raises a question about the possibility to use electronic displays, such as e-paper, to provide useful information to drivers.
