Disruptive Parking App

Home / News | posted on 09 02 2017

An Australian parking app Divvy, brings Airbnb ethos to parking.

The app currently works in Sydney, melbourne and Brisbane to connect people who want to park with private car park owners (typically located at office blocks and businesses) who want to capitalise on empty spaces. The system makes use of technologies, such as Automatic Number Plate Recognition to automatically open car park roller doors to users who have booked a space, providing secure parking, with traceable bookings, to ensure that drivers find affordable parking whilst car park owners make better use of their assets.
